Ancient Walking to Primal Rhythms and Back2Life/O-2-B-4 Again

Implementation and Train-the-Trainer support for holistic, recreation-based therapy programs that can dramatically improve range of motion in walking, strength, flexibility and enhance balance with proper alignment and movement.

These recreational therapeutic programs focus on educating participants and eliminating the risk of injury – while also improving movement efficiency.  Specialties of this therapeutic approach focus on considerations relating to movement security, heart rhythm, pulses, circulation and smooth joint flow.

Portable Garden

"The first shamans earned their keep in primitive societies by providing explanations and rituals that enabled man to deal with his environment and his personal anguish. Early man, no less than we, dealt with forces that he could not understand or control, and he attempted to come to grips with his vulnerablity by trying to bring order to his universe." -- Richard Gabriel,  No More Heroes, Madness and Psychiatry in War

Portable Garden; Made to Order:  Islands of Wellness; Gardens of Sound and Sensation
Crafting portable islands of wellness that blend the latest breakthroughs in sound and sensation therapy with active, accessible movement principles.

A key to KR design is craft and scale integration of a unique therapeutic Garden developed/customized on patron specification and consultation to address symptom relief needs and requirements.

Multi-Format Demonstrations/Workshops/Consultation for Healthcare Providers

Single or a series of professional development workshops are offered to increase body-based intelligence, the capacity for social and emotional learning, and critical thinking as experienced through embodied movement patterns and the latest evidence-based targeted vibro-acoustic and bioresonance integrative medicine applications.

These experiential workshops/presentations work distinctively with bio-energetic stimuli for chronic and degenerative illnesses and movement disorders. They are focused on treatment approaches that are consonant with clients’ worldviews and values.

In association with the National Institutes of Health, Consortium of Geriatric Research, Education and Clinical Centers of the Veterans Affairs Medical Centers (GRECC-VA), the National Council on Aging and the American Society on Aging, Ko~Sha~Rey Rhythms also assists health care professionals and patients with advocacy/implementation of socially-facilitated, multi-generational therapeutic wellness programs.

Toes Knows™ Focus-on-the-Feet Forum

Is a component of the internationally acclaimed Ancient Walking to Primal Rhythms™ Portable Therapeutic Garden concept. This introduction to an aesthetic acupressure path is an adaptation to our modern society where shoes are worn throughout the day, people walk less and time is limited to enjoy outdoor barefoot exercise.

In this forum you learn the essentials of dynamic foot care and experience both the Japanese Ashiyu Spa and foot massage/neural reflexology.

The average shoe wearer has had so much support and padding over a lifetime that his/her intrinsic foot muscles and ligaments are relatively weak and soft.  If one doesn't gradually ramp up their barefoot activity, one is asking for a future world of pain.  Plus, our proprioception and joint mobility decrease with the "dis-use" of age.

When you learn to walk properly with barefeet, it makes a big difference to dramatically improve range of motion in walking, strength, flexibility and enhancing balance (with proper alignment and movement).

Eas~i~Chi®

A primary challenge for all persons (and their caregivers) with neuro-motor deficits related to aging include increased instability. Eas~i~Chi® is a unique, accessible approach to using the three key building blocks in Tai Chi:  breathing, balance and bilateral coordination.  The program offers an easy-to-learn form of recreational therapy that focuses on building core muscle strength, body symmetry and enhancing the integration of the body's three organic balance centers.
